The sealed ball bearings and oil impregnated sintered iron bushings for added smoothness and quiet movement. The aircraft quality nylon coated cable is tested for 2200 Pounds. The 1 inch thick is fitted with long lasting nylon bushing eliminating metal to metal friction. The sealed ball bearings is tested at 1 million cycles with 400 Pounds of weights, fiberglass reinforced channel to ensure cable support. This MX-330 Assisted Chin-Dip also features 1 inch chrome plated guide rods along with weight plate bushings provide smooth action.
